Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project is part of the Countys Neighborhood Enhancement Program. This project intends to add ADA-compliant sidewalks on Massachusetts Avenue from Mobile Highway to Hollywood Street. The sidewalks in this project will provide connectivity from Mobile Highway to the existing sidewalk at Hollywood Avenue, providing continuous pedestrian access to Pace Boulevard. This project also consists of milling, resurfacing, installing pavement markings, and minor drainage improvements along approximately 3.6 miles of roadway from Mobile Highway to W Street. Upon completing this project, the residents and students will have a safer walking environment to walk and bike to local area schools, neighborhood stores, and churches in the Montclair Community from Pace Boulevard to W Street. The Massachusetts Avenue (Mobile Highway to W Street) Pedestrian and Drainage Improvements project will consist of adding minor drainage improvements and sidewalks to both sides of Massachusetts Avenue between Mobile Highway and Hollywood Avenue, as well as drainage improvements between Erress Boulevard and Mobile Highway. Official Notice #1: Delivery of Bid BondJul 27, 2023 10:08 PM If a firm elects to submit a bond from an insurer, the Bid Surety from the insurer must be scanned and uploaded with the bid response. The Original Bid Bond does NOT have to be delivered to the Office of Purchasing. If a Bid Bond Check is provided, a copy of the check must be included in the Submittal Package of the Proposal. and the Bid Bond Check must be delivered to the Office of Purchasing prior to 'Proposal Submission Date at Proposal Submission Time
