Renovation of a municipal facility in Lima, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Statements of qualification should include: information regarding the firm's history, education and experience of owners and key personnel, expertise of the firm's current staff, the firm's experience preparing detailed design for building improvement projects, availability of staff, the firm's equipment and facilities, references, and any previous work performed for the City of Lima. Statement of qualification shall be limited to a maximum of 15 pages. The preliminary project description is as follows: Name of Project: Lima Municipal Center Interior Renovations The selected firm is to be responsible for preparing plans and specifications for renovations to the first floor lobby and second floor office space. Interested firms should contact the Public Works Department's Administrative office for supplemental information. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
