Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Emporia, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Water Tower Rehabilitation and Repair The project includes the following work on the 1,000,000-gallon elevated reservoir, constructed by Landmark Structures in 1989. 1. Cleaning, sandblasting, and painting interior and exterior surfaces. Full containment is mandatory. 2. Structure modifications and surface repairs The approximate dimensions are as follows; tank diameter of 74-feet, high-water level 182-feet, low-water level of 150-feet, and overall height of 190-feet To receive consideration, such questions shall be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at least five (5) business days before the established date for receipt of bids. Such written questions shall be addressed to KLM Engineering, Inc., 1976 Wooddale Drive, Suite 4, Woodbury, MN 55125, attention Ben Feldman, Project Manager or by email to bfeldman@klmengineering.com.
