Site work and paving for a road / highway in Athens, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work for which proposals are invited includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the repair, milling, and resurfacing of streets. It shall be accompanied by a proposal bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid, or by a certified check, cashier s check or irrevocable letter of credit for ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the City of Athens, Ohio, conditioned that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract with a satisfactory surety company, conditioned according to law, will be required. for the faithful performance of the contract. The City of Athens reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities as may be in its best interest. Question Deadline 06/29/2023 at 10:00 PM ET
