The College of Fine Arts (COFA) Facilities Renewal project is a transformational building initiative to the North College Green area on Ohio University's campus. The project includes a major renovation of Seigfred Hall, new construction of the Violet Patton Performing Arts Center, and multiple small renovations across campus to improve the College of Fine Art's facilities.
