The City of Bismarck is requesting the services of qualified engineering firms for project development, preliminary engineering, design, plan preparation, contract administration, and construction observation for the reconstruction of E Century Avenue between Centennial Road and Kost Dr and the construction of E Century Avenue from Kost Dr to 52nd Street NE and 52nd Street NE from E Century Avenue to Gold Drive. As of August 19, 2024, the project is in preliminary engineering stage. Further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been released.
