Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project includes the following Work: Specialty Wall Rehabilitation generally consisting of a soil nail retaining wall rehabilitation and shotcrete re-surfacing of a 215 linear foot retaining wall, 244 +/- square yards of concrete slope protection behind the retaining wall, 85 +/- cubic yards of earthwork, site restoration, and other items as fully shown in the contract documents. Separate Bids will be received for three Contracts on the basis of lump sum as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract No. 1 - Specialty Wall Rehabilitation, Contract No. 2 - General Site Construction, and Contract No. 3 - Combined Construction. Contract Times: Dates : September 30, 2024. No pre-bid conference for this project will be held Contract No. 1 - $480,000 Contract No. 2 - $330,000 BId Result.
