Renovation of an office development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Full floor (7th Floor only) renovation with CRA's Next Generation (NG) floor plan. NG is based on GC Workplace. The renovation will include LED lighting, HVAC medication within the suite, new kitchenette, storage room, two meeting rooms, and telephone rooms. The project includes approximately 2,430 m2 renovation to the existing 7th floor. Certain areas of this facility may require a higher level of clearance. Per government security policy, all such areas will have signage identifying SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance requirements. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Acceptance Deadline: Jul 07, 2023 02:00 PM EDT TIMELINE: RFQ for Contractors has closed; two (2) firms have prequalified. Stage II invitational tender timeline to the prequalified firms has yet to be finalized.
