**As of August 15, 2023, project was awarded to Mesabi Bituminous, Inc., awarded amount is $362,801.55** Project Location: Approximately 5.5 miles south of Littlefork, MN on TH 65 Major Project Quantities include: - Approx. 380 tons of CL 1 Aggregate Surfacing - Approx. 24,000 syd of Bituminous Mill - Approx. 3,100 tons of Bituminous Project Completion Date: All work required under this Contract, shall be completed prior to September 29th, 2023, unless modified by the Engineer with a written Contract Extension. Bidder's Bond: Bids/Quotes must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond made payable to the Treasurer of Koochiching County in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. Paper Bid shall be plainly marked on the exterior of the containing envelope: "CP 2023-06 CR 72 Mill & Overlay, Letting Date, 2:15 pm on July 17th, 2023". The Koochiching County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract in the best interests of Koochiching County.
