Remodeling of a residential development in Texhoma, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a residential development.
The Town of Texhoma requests sealed bid proposals from experienced and qualified contractors for remodel and or demo of two (2) buildings. Beginning with the building Bid proposals shall be accompanied by: 1. A bid bond from an Oklahoma Licensed Insurance Company, certified check, cashier s check or letter of credit equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. 2. A business relationship affidavit. 3. A non-collusion affidavit in compliance with 74 O.S. 85.22. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked building remodel/demo for offices of the Town of Texhoma and the Texhoma Public Works Authority on the outside of the envelope. Bids shall be delivered to the Town of Texhoma, Town Hall, 201 S. 2nd St., Texhoma, OK 73949, no earlier than 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 27th, 2023, and no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 1st , 2023
