Renovation of a medical facility in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a eight-story above grade medical facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the du Suroît Hospital building. The scope of the project includes major renovations of the Block A envelope involving repairs of concrete cladding panels and sealant joints and repair/replacement of windows to prevent water infiltration, improve exterior architectural appearance and increase energy efficiency of the building. TIMELINE: According to the information provided by the owner the project is currently on hold, partly for funding reasons. Timelines of further project development are not finalized. Further update in summer/fall 2026.
