Recurring water leaks into the emergency room and into the hospital's main entrance through the floor and the bottom of the walls. The repair of the floor and the epoxy screed as well as the bottom of the walls and the perimeter of the drains must be corrected when the existing dishwasher is removed and before the installation of the new dishwasher. Work to install a temporary laundry for the construction period is also part of the project. *Award is subject to final approval.
