The firm providing such services shall be referred as the CONSULTANT and shall provide professional services not limited to manage, coordinate, review, report, develop, design, plan, and inspect miscellaneous Transportation Landscape Architectural Projects associated with the DEPARTMENT, consultants, local government agencies, and individuals on a Districtwide basis, including to prepare the set of contract documents, plans, specification, supporting engineering analysis, calculations and other technical documents in accordance with FDOT policy, procedure, standards and requirements for the fulfillment of the projects.
