Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fulton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of completing existing segments of the Pathfinder Trail, providing a new trailhead and improved parking area, linking the trail segments to the Oswego River waterfront, and installing proposed green infrastructure measures to assist in stormwater management and reduction of impervious areas along the trail route. Work under the Base Bid consists of the demolition, site preparation and milling, overlay and reconstruction of City Lot #4, located at 32 North First Street. In addition, the Base Bid includes the construction of ADA compliant pedestrian walkways and trail segments, granite curb, concrete and unit paver installations, site grading and drainage infrastructure, solar light installations, railing, site furnishings and landscape improvements, including bioretention areas. All proposed work under the Base Bid is conveyed on Dwg. No.'s C-101 and C-102. Additive Bid No. 1 includes asphalt milling, overlay and reconstruction, concrete gutter system, bioretention areas, and landscape installations. All proposed work under the Additive Bid No. 1 is conveyed on Dwg. No. C-104. Additive Bid No. 2 includes the relocation and construction of approximately 225 linear feet of pedestrian sidewalk, new ADA curb ramp, drainage infrastructure, bioretention and landscape areas, granite curbing, asphalt milling, overlay and reconstruction, and the addition of concrete gutters. All proposed work under the Additive Bid No. 2 is conveyed on Dwg. No. C-103. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtain such license as required by State statutes, and Federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that have been barred from competing on public works under General Municipal Law 5A-103-b.
