Renovation of a military facility in Altus, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
AGGN221046 Fire alarm/detection systems to be demolished and replaced or installed new in B228. Wage Determinations under SCA WD #2015-5329. This project is not currently funded. Quotes to be valid until 30 September 2023. Please read through all attachments and the COMBO. Please put pricing on line-item, POP time frame, and signature at the bottom of Attachment 7 - COMBO. FIRE ALARM i. Design the project utilizing the provided life safety study and in accordance with NFPA 101 and UFC 3-600-01. ii. Install new fire alarm and mass notification system per NFPA 70, NFPA 72, UFC 3-600-01, and Altus AFBI 32-2001. 1. Fire alarm and integrated mass notification system shall have Class B wiring. a. Re-use existing conduit where conduit is in compliance with current codes and standards. See UFGS 28 31 76 Paragraph 3.7 Painting for paint requirements. b. Wiring shall be continuous and not broken by removing a piece of equipment for maintenance. c. Wire nuts shall not be used. d. LOC in vestibules and hallways shall be recessed in wall. i. LOCs shall have minimum 18Ah backup battery. 2. Fire alarm panel shall be Monaco MAAP-X. a. The installer shall have an active Monaco MAAP-X class certification. 3. MNS annunciation shall be communicated as identified in Attachment 1. iii. System shall be tested according to UFC 3-601-02 and NFPA 72.
