Power wash to remove all loosed debris. 2. Repair, patch and seal cracks, roof curbs and seams per roof coating manufacturer. 3. Remove and replace existing damaged roof vents and vent flashing. 4. Apply coating per specification. 5. Remove and clean all over spray. Bid package-2: scope of works for roof-d: existing transited asbestos roof panels (re: attached report) 1. Power wash to remove all loosed debris. 2. Scarify where need. Avoid disturbing existing roof panel. Refer to attached asbestos report. Remove and dispose of loosed/damaged materials per applicable code guideline. 3. Prime exposed foam area. 4. Apply 1.5" roof foam over existing roof surface, end gables and all roof penetrations. 5.
