Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Altus, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of November 9, 2023 project was awarded to Accell Construction, awarded amount is $2,053,938.17. Bidders MUST obtain full drawings from Meshek and Associates in order to bid. The City of Altus, herein after called the "City," is seeking bids to construct roadway, parking and bathroom building for the Altus City Reservoir. The project includes new bathroom building with 668 feet 4-in sewer line and 787 feet of 8-in water main water. Also included is construction of 1,107 ft of two-lane road and parking lot to provide 61 parking spaces. All roads and parking lots shall be concrete. Technical questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 to the City Engineer who can be reached as follows: Johnny Barron
