Renovation of an educational facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: In general, the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Perform critical inspection of the façade system components at the regions noted. Clerestory Upper Eyebrow Bump-out West Canopy Lower Eyebrow Remedy or repair deficiencies including detachment and missing or displaced components. Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required A pre-bid meeting is not required; however, a walkthrough, though not mandatory, is recommended. Work can begin August 2023. Work shall be substantially completed by the following date: December 31, 2023. Questions Closed: Thursday, June 29, 2023
