Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Auburn, Georgia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Downtown Development Authority of the City of Auburn, Georgia (DDA) is soliciting competitive seal qualified suppliers for RFQ 23-003, Design Build/Remodel of Existing structure at 1369 Fourth Avenue. The DDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion. The Downtown Development Authority of the City of Auburn, Georgia is requesting qualifications from Contractors with business offices in Georgia or neighboring states. The DDA is proposing to renovate the existing City Hall building at 1369 Fourth Avenue to create two "white box" spaces for restaurant uses. The work is expected to include the following: Design: Contractor work with Owner to establish specific scope of work and shall prepare drawings sufficient for permit approval with the appropriate professional license certifications. Build: Contractor shall provide outlined general work to complete a white box.
