Renovation of a municipal facility in Auburn, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
No bidders on project, no rebid timeline at this time. Vendors are encouraged to contact Sunshine Palmer at 770-963-4002 or spalmer@cityofauburnga.org to clarify any part of the ITB requirements. All questions that arise must be submitted prior to one business day(s) before the submittal due date and shall be directed to the contact person in writing. The City of Auburn, Georgia is requesting proposals from Qualified Contractors with business offices in Georgia or neighboring states. The City is proposing to repair the 1st and 2nd floors of the existing Perry-Rainey Center City Hall building. A report provided by Macon E Gooch Building Consultants included background on the building along with the firm's observations. The work is expected to include the following: Design: Contractor work with the City to establish specific scope of work and shall prepare drawings sufficient for permit approval with the appropriate professional license certifications Build: Contractor shall provide separate pricing for the 1st and 2nd floor: Deadline for questions July 13, 2023 @ 2pm (1 DAY BEFORE DUE)
