Renovation of a municipal facility in Rome, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The owners are soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide construction services to renovate the facade of 139 West Dominick Street in Rome, NY. Please provide bids broken down in the following categories. Some or all the categories of work will be implemented, based on what can be accomplished within the project budget. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required for the complete execution of all work described in the Scopes of Work. No partial proposals will be accepted. Reference Number 0000323353 Façade rehabilitation/ improvements including window and door replacement as well as installation of EIFS, awnings, metal canopies, lighting, and art frames/signage. Bids shall be accompanied by money order, certified check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price, payable to the City Treasurer, City of Rome, Rome New York. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
