As of August 23, 2023, an award has been made. Construction timeline has not been identified. The Port of Portland ("Port") is interested in an Airport Passenger Common-Use Lounge ("Lounge") to be designed, constructed, and managed by a qualified and experienced operator while also generating revenue for the Port. The Lounge concept should be innovative and welcoming, align with that of a world class Lounge and embody the unique character of the Pacific Northwest. The goal of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to obtain proposals from qualified and experienced businesses interested in financing, developing, constructing, and operating a Lounge at Portland International Airport ("PDX"). Proposals should consider that the Proposer shall be responsible for Lounge development and buildout, including but not limited to design, construction, environmental compliance, and extension of required utilities through port approved processes.
