Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting competitive price quotes for Pressure Washing Services at the Oregon Convention Center. The work consists of pressure washing interior/exterior hardscapes. Contractor shall use hot water to clean and remove debris from each location specified by Metro staff on an on-call basis. Contractor must be cautious to not damage or cause harm to any concrete, masonry, wood, waterproofing, caulking, or other finishes. All work will be subject to the inspection and approval of Metro staff. Storm drain inlets are to be protected at all times. Contractor’s work shall be accomplished in strict conformity with all applicable Salmon Safe guidelines, city, state and local codes, laws and ordinances. Contractor shall be licensed to perform work at all building site locations.
