The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and performing all operations in connection with the removal and disposal of concrete debris from the placement area and the purchase, transportation, placement, and grading of beach-compatible sand along the dune within South Ponte Vedra Park. All work is to be performed in accordance with the specifications and plans provided within the solicitation. A Bid Security in the form of a certified or cashier s check must be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Johns County. Question Deadline 06/30/2023 at 4:00 PM ET The County, however, reserves the right to issue addendums at any time prior to the submittal deadline for Bids in order to serve the best interest of the County. Each submitted Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security, submitted on the Bid Bond Form provided herein, or in the form of a certified or cashier’s check, in the amount of five percent (5%) Bidders must be fully licensed and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, must be registered with the State of Florida, Division of Corporations, and must be currently licensed as a Certified General Contractor as of the submittal deadline for Bids.
