Term contract for Mowing, string trimming, trash, litter and debris collection/cleanup for various properties per the attached specifications which are an integral part of this quote. DEPARTMENT CONTACT (for inquiries only): Nicole Lawrence (423)434-6071 Nlawrence@johnsoncitytn.org The work will be performed on an as needed basis to bring properties into compliance with City Municipal code. Submit the following with your quote: A list of equipment owned and available for this contract An employee list A List of References Completed Insurance checklist and General Contract Form Pricing Sheets This contract will be awarded to all qualified mowers with each project awarded to the lowest available vendor. Work on this contract will consist of litter and garbage collection, mowing and trimming of overgrown properties. Each property and request constitutes one job. The mowing season for this year will begin in April and extends to approximately the end of October. However property cleanup can continue throughout the entire year on an as needed basis. This contract shall be for a three (3) year period, from the date of the purchase order, and may be renewed on an annual basis in one (1) year increments if all terms, conditions and prices remain unchanged and both parties are in agreement. Prices contained herein are to be firm for the term of the contract
