Public Notice is hereby given that the University of Delaware's (UD) primary objective is to solicit proposals for Construction Management services to prepare pre-construction and construction for a new greenfield Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) facility on University of Delaware's STAR Campus for the purpose of GMP viral vector production. This RFP will be conducted in two phases. Phase 1 deals with the bidding firms' capabilities and experience with construction projects of a related nature. After reviewing each company's proposal, the project team will prepare a shortlist of firms to participate in Phase 2. Phase 2 will involve a pricing proposal, as well as participation in a de-scope meeting to talk about the submitted bid and the firm's approach to the project. Questions must be received at proposals@udel.edu no later than: Wednesday, June 27, 2023, at 2:00 PM ET
