Renovation of a residential development in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Demo includes the following: All labor, material and tools Includes dumpster and all removal, assumes dumpster can be positioned at work site Remove all existing railings and balusters, newel post and full height post to remain Remove all deck boards, trim boards and fasteners to bare framing Remove all lattice Remove all screening and screen door, framing to remain Construction / General Carpentry: Supply labor and material to perform the following: Install new Trex saddle grooved/square decks boards Install vinyl railing system, null post covers and trims, full height post wraps, pvc skirt trim, vinyl lattice stair risers ( add extra step ) and stringer trim to replace existing Concealed fastener system Includes dumpster and all trash removal Install screen door in existing opening Deck/Ramp Replacement If additional information is required concerning the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents all questions must be submitted in writing through the PennBid Program by Thursday, 12 July 2023. Each bid must include Bid Security, a certified check, bank check or bid bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the state of PA, in the amount of 5% of the total contract amount including all Add Alternates, payable to Penndel Mental Health Center. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount
