The City of Chino is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials and services needed as related to the rehabilitation of named property. All repairs must comply with the City approved plans requiring ADA improvements and Title 24 Energy compliance. Contractor shall provide labor, materials and all services related to the complete rehabilitation of named property according to the approved plans. Rehabilitation consists of exterior repairs including roofing, painting, accessibility improvements including ramp, exterior door widening, entry stairs, driveway, parking, concrete, landscaping, irrigation, fencing (with automated gates), and window and door replacements. Interior repairs consist of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing10 required for the demolition and remodel of kitchen and bathroom, foundation, floor reframing and replacement, painting, door widening and replacements, heating and air-conditioning, replacement of appliances, fixtures and lighting.
