Renovation of an educational facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot educational facility.

AUSTIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE (ACC) DISTRICT is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSPs) from interested and qualified firms for the ACC Highland Campus (HLC) Building 2000 Maintenance Bond Project, Music Recording, Studio Construction and Finish-Out Services. As part of the Maintenance Bond program, the construction of a studio finish out of an existing shell space consisting of approximately 610 square feet, is required at the Highland Campus Building 2000. ACC's objective of this solicitation is to ensure that all items are addressed within the proposal as well as all associated, specified requirements according to the architectural and engineering (A/E) drawings and specifications provided by ACC must be adhered to during the term of the contract. The proposed music recording studio construction and finish out project is on a tight schedule for completion. This work will need to be completed during the summer session of 2024. Work will begin May 13th, 2024 and will need to be completed in September 2024, or a date specified by ACC. The respondent must
