Site work for a road / highway in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City Center Access Project consists of a set of multi-modal improvements at and in the vicinity of Interstate 5 (I-5) and S 320 th interchange. The major improvements include modifications to the S 320th interchange to extend on/off ramps to S 324th; extending S 324th from 23rd Ave S across I-5 on a new structure to Weyerhaeuser Way; widening S 324th from Pacific Hwy to 23rd Ave S; adding a multi-use trail along S 324th; widening S 320th and converting existing lanes to HOV from Pacific Hwy to east city limits; and replacing existing culverts with fish passable culverts (see attached map). Phase 1 improvements include the SB I-5 ramps, extension of S 324th from 23rd Ave S to the SB ramp terminal, intersection improvements at State Route 99 (SR99) and S 324th, culvert replacements under S 324th and I-5, and associated storm drainage (see attached map).
