Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of July 20 ,2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed consists, in general, of pavement rehabilitation on Manor Street, Union Ave, Panorama Drive, and various access roads in the same vicinity. Work shall include pavement rehabilitation of the roadway. Other items of work include full depth reclamation using Cement Treated Base (CTB), cold plane of existing asphalt concrete, construction of new pavement using Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (RHMA) and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), installation of pavement striping and markings, traffic loop detectors, construction of curb/gutter, access ramps to meet current ADA standards, adjustment of manholes, adjustments of monuments, and construction of new median curb. License Requirements Class A Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Control of work shall conform to the provisions in Section 5, "Control of Work," of the Standard Specifications and these special provisions.
