The Town of Eastham, via the Towns Community Development Department, is seeking a qualified consultant to assist with a combination of zoning and land use planning initiatives. The Town envisions that this project will be comprised of five main components: 1. Form Based Code zoning updates to the North Eastham Corridor Special District (ECSD); 2. Development of accompanying architectural design standards for the ECSD; 3. Research and preparation of materials to implement a 40R Smart Growth Overlay 4. Research and preparation of materials to implement a District Improvement Financing Overlay (DIF) 5. Development of a Corridor Plan for the North Eastham Village Center Master Plan. Surety in the form of a 100% performance bond; 100% payment bond and 5% bid surety is ALWAYS required for construction contracts.The following are the security requirements applicable to this Contract. The Town of Eastham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals which are not responsible and/or responsive, in whole or in part, as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
