There are no storm drainage requirements. 8. The entire asphalt parking lot needs to be re-coated and restriped. 9. There is one handicapped spot at the front right parking space. 10. The existing handicapped ramps will need to be reworked. 11. The reworked privacy fence is to remain wood. Relocate or new sections are to match existing. 12. The existing night deposit box wall insert is to remain. The existing safe on the interior is to be removed from the closet. 13. There are no exterior lighting requirements. 14. Existing exterior recessed can lighting at the entrance and the exterior wall sconces are to remain. 15. The existing fire alarm system needs to be updated to meet current code. 16.
