Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Swedesboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond for not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000, made payable to the Gloucester County Improvement Authority. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond of a surety company, satisfactory to the Authority, in a sum equal to 100% of the total contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, deviations, or omissions in any bid or all bids, and to accept such bids and make such awards as may be in the best interest of the Owner. All written requests for clarification or bid challenges shall be addressed to the Owner's representative: Eric Peterson, P.E. at epeterson@scsengineers.com. In order to given consideration, a written request must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date of the bid opening.
