Renovation of an educational facility in Warren, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Culinary Arts Cooler Replacement Replacement of the existing walk-in cooler at the Tower High School Culinary Arts Program Area. 1. Removal and installation of new gypsum board ceiling and lighting as shown for replacement of the walk-in cooler. 2. Associated mechanical and electrical alterations to the existing walk-in cooler as required for replacement. Installation of new rooftop condensing units. 1. Structural steel work associated with new rooftop condensing units is included. 2. Associated roofing work with the installation of the new rooftop condensing units (sawcutting and removal of existing BUR and metal roof deck and flashing in of new curbs). 3. Painting of all steel support (existing and new around new rooftop condensing units). Disconnection of mechanical systems to be removed or relocated and alteration to existing electrical systems to accommodate new mechanical systems. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty. No bid shall be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty. The right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process is reserved by the Owner, which right may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Owner. Work shall be substantially complete by December 29, 2023.
