The R.M. of Willowdale No. 153 is accepting tenders for crushing approximately 30,000 yards in three pits. The R.M. of Willowdale No. 153 is accepting tenders to crush gravel and stockpile the material at the following pits: Pit #1 - SW 6-18-2-W2 Pit #2 - SW 14-18-1-W2 Pit #3 - NE 18-15-4-W2. Project Specifications - 30,000 yards of gravel with 10,000 yards at each pit. - Amounts are approximate and dependent on availability of material in the pit at each proposed location. The owner reserves the right to reduce the said approximate quantities. - Tender to include prices for multiple options on certain pits as listed on the Bid Form with Council making final determination on product. - Bidders have the option of tendering one, two or all three pits. - The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing equipment and labour. - The project is to be completed no later than October 31, 2023. The RM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender(s), to negotiate with the Successful Bidder(s), split the award or to waive irregularities or omissions, if in so doing the best interests of the RM will be served. No liability shall accrue to the RM for its decision in this regard. Any bid or any part of any bid will not necessarily be accepted. The owest bid does not necessarily constitute an award. The RM is not obligated to award a contract to any Bidder pursuant to the Request for Tender.
