The R.M. of Willowdale No. 153 is accepting tenders to crush gravel and stockpile the material at SW 6-18-2-W2. 20,000 yards of 3/4" crushed gravel with all naturals rejected on a 3/8" screen. Amounts are approximate and dependent on availability of material in the pit at proposed location. The RM reserves the right to reduce or increase the said approximate quantities up to 30%. Material to be hauled from pit to stockpile location (Appendix B). The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing equipment and labour. The project is to be completed no later than June 21, 2025. Bidders shall provide a price for each item of Work identified in Bid Form (Appendix A). The Bidder shall provide crushing prices per cubic yard and hauling and stockpiling prices per cubic yard with GST shown separately where applicable, in the total bid price. The price shall include all charges and costs to complete the tender. Prices shall be in Canadian funds. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the property shown on the Map (Appendix B) before submitting a tender.. The project is to be completed no later than June 21, 2025.
