Site work and renovation of a civil project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Mobilization of personnel, materials, and equipment on site; install safety/security fencing around designated work area, as approved by the Engineer; properly remove and dispose of items to be replaced, including but not limited to inlet/outlet and overflow piping, gate valves of various sizes, check valve, altitude valve, and condensation drain line; properly conduct EST improvements, including but not limited to inlet/outlet and overflow piping, gate valves of various sizes, check valves, altitude valve, condensation drain line, and condensation ceiling pan improvements; power wash, clean, and remove all staining and sediment from interior tank bowl surfaces, maintenance hatch, and interior base enclosure, to the satisfaction of the Engineer; abrasive blasting and coating of all replaced piping and valves, including touch up paint; disinfection and bacteriological testing of entire tank and replaced components; site clean-up and demobilization. All addenda issued must be acknowledged by the Contractor PRIOR to the bid opening. All questions must be submitted through CIVCAST. Cutoff for questions will be close of business Monday, July 10, 2023 so that any addendums will be issued before Tuesday, July 11, 2023. Any questions submitted after the cutoff will not be answered and the project should be bid as interpreted.
