The RMP will describe the transference of risk management from the Design Engineer to the CM Consultant and the CM Consultant's methodology on managing risks during and after the Construction Phase of the Project to reduce threats and increase opportunities. 1. The CM Consultant's constructability review team will attend a Project presentation given by the Design Engineer; 2. The CM Consultant shall prepare comments on a tracking sheet for review by the Design Engineer; 3. The CM Consultant shall review the Design Engineer's responses and identify those items that require additional discussion; and 4. The CM Consultant shall attend a comment workshop to discuss the identified items and work collaboratively with the Design Engineer and DEP to resolve all comments. After award of the construction contract(s), the CM Consultant shall prepare the Preconstruction Package in accordance with BEDC's Project delivery system and shall conduct a pre-construction meeting. The CM Consultant shall inspect the installation of all facets of the Work. The CM Consultant shall use its best professional efforts to safeguard the City against defects and deficiencies in the Work and in determining whether the Work conforms to the construction contract documents as described in the CMQMP Anticipated Contract Start Date : 05/01/2024 Anticipated contract end date : 04/29/2028 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
