Renovation of an educational facility in Kennesaw, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of November 9, 2023 this project has canceled and will never be awarded. Project scope includes the replacement of existing HVAC systems and controls, cooling tower replacement, electrical modifications and ceiling replacements associated with the installation of new units. New units will now be centrally located above corridor ceilings and new duct work to be installed in rooms. Bid Documents may be reviewed at the Office of the Architect/Engineer and at the CCSD Procurement Services Dept. Cobb County School District reserves the right to award the project on whatever basis is in the interest of the Owner and to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. Questions Due Date: Jul 11th 2023, 3:00 PM EDT The estimated budget for this project is $2,559,763 The work includes HVAC and electrical modifications at Kennesaw Elementary School. Replacement of HVAC units and equipment and electrical modifications associated with the HVAC replacement. Ceilings will be replaced to facilitate the substantial plenum MEP work. 023-03285
