Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kennesaw, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the completion of the:Adams Park Tennis Court Rehabilitation Project The principal Scope of Work required for the project shall include the removal and disposal of the existing court surfaces and perimeter fencing, subsurface gravel leveling and compaction, any new gravel necessary to achieve a minimum subbase of four (4) inches must be placed, new asphalt surface installed, new black vinyl coated fence posts and fence mesh installed, color coating of new court surfaces, new court striping that accommodates both tennis and pickleball, and new net posts and nets installed. Only a proposal submitted by a Contractor on record with the City Clerk Office as having received general conditions, specifications and contract documents from the Issuing Office will be opened. Contract time for final completion shall not exceed Forty-Five (45) consecutive calendar days. No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the Bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, re-advertise, and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time.
