Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Roxbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Remove existing tennis court and prepare surface. Install new tennis court with post-tensioned concrete slab installation. Overall dimensions of court to be 110'X120' to match existing. Completed project will consist of two courts, set of two nets and straps to be supplied, court to be stripped for Tennis and Pickleball. Finish coat to be acrylic coating on entire surface area. Furnish and install black chain link fencing with top and botom tension wire. All finish grading and site work to be performed by contractor. Bidders shall include all costs for shipping, delivery, installation, labor, insurance, permits, and/or prices pertaining to this procurement. The Town of Roxbury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
