Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project involves the demolition of the abandoned subgrade sewer lift station, lines, laterals, and associated plumbing fixtures in the southwest corner of the site, consisting of approximately 16,000 cubic yards of earth disturbance at Bethany Beach Training Site, Bethany Beach, Delaware Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) and Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (VBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration of this award. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement
