Questions Due Date: Jun 30th 2023, 12:00 PM EDT The term of the Contract shall commence upon receipt of a fully executed contract between the County and Contractor and shall terminate two (2) years after the date of the contract or until such a time as the need for such services are no longer required, whichever comes first Bidder shall submit with the bid a e electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful bidders contract. If the bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashier s check it must be received at the Division of Purchasing The County reserves the right, with the full cooperation of the Contractor, to monitor the Contractor's performance.
