The work will include but is not limited to removing and replacing the main roof of the John Earl Building as well as the lower first floor roof and the roof of the elevator tower. Removing and replacing the main roof of the Firehouse as well as the roof of the firehouse stair tower. Removing and replacing the main roof of the Civic Center as well as the adjacent roof over the "breeze way" that spills onto the Civic Center Roof. Total roof replacement area is approx. 42,400 SF (all three roof areas combined). The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this Project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 60 calendar days for completion of the work from the Notice to Proceed.
