Email procurement@suburbanconsulting.com 96 U.S. Highway 206 Flanders, New Jersey 07836 Telephone 973-398-1776 Fax 973-398-2121 Or Monica Villafana, QPA Director of Purchasing, Finance Department City of Hackensack 65 Central Avenue, 2nd Floor Hackensack, New Jersey 07601 Email mvillafana@hackensack.org Telephone 201-646-3930 Fax 201-646-3933 The work will include but is not limited to clearing site, disposal of approximately 2,695 tons of existing non-hazardous soils, stripping and placing of approximately 4,050 cubic yards of existing soils, installation of approximately 24,000 cubic yards of surcharge fill material, installation of ten (10) geotechnical settlement monitoring plates, one (1) concrete headwall and apron, 28 linear feet of 24" HDPE pipe, one (1) 24" inline check valve, pavement restoration, utility relocations, and site restoration. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this Project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 60 calendar days for completion of the work from the Notice to Proceed.
