Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Hackensack, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work will include but is not limited to the installation of approximately 1,940 square yards of color coated post-tension concrete slab basketball courts with accessories, approximately 754 linear feet of 12 high and 4 high chain link fence and gates, approximately 290 square yards of concrete sidewalk, 4 thick and 135 square yards reinforced concrete pad, 6 thick, site electric and sports lighting improvements, drainage improvements, and pavement and site restoration. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this Project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 120 calendar days for completion of the work from the Notice to Proceed. The City of Hackensack reserves the right to consider Bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt. The right is reserved to waive any informalities, to accept Bids which it deems most favorable to the interest of the City to make an award on each item separately or as a whole and to accept any Bid or to reject any or all Proposals in accordance with the Specifications and the Bid forms.
