Site work and paving for a civil project in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Removal of the existing 4'x3' concrete box culvert, installation of a 42" RCP culvert, ODOT Mod 2-5 catch basin and ODOT HW-2.1 half-height headwall including premium bedding and backfill, shoulder build out, asphalt pavement, type MGS guardrail, and general excavation involving ditch realignment and fine grading The following individual will be responsible for answering any questions directed to the web service: Sean Kirkpatrick Medina County Engineer's Office Phone: (330) 723-9662 Email: skirkpatrick@medinaco.org Should a question arise at any time during the examination of Bid Documents or investigation of the site the Bidder may seek clarification by directing all pre-bid questions to the project site Electronically. Each bidder shall be required to file a bid guaranty with the bid in the form of either: (1) a Bid/ Performance Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid; or (2) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid Work shall be completed no later than October 13, 2023 Medina County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
