Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an office development in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a office development; for the demolition of a office development; for the renovation of a office development; and for site work for a office development.
This project will result in the construction of an addition to and renovation of the Medina Veterans Service Building, as well as other work complete in every respect, code compliant, and approved by the authorities having jurisdiction. This project is to be executed under one prime contract. General Contract (Base Bid) $1,368,500 All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 PM, January 22, 2024, to Jessica Powell Certified check drawn upon a solvent bank in the State of Ohio, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid tendered A performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount The Medina County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to select the lowest, best, and most responsive bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
