Medina Township 2023 Pole Building Project contractors are hereby invited to submit a Bid for a project in Medina Township, Medina County, Ohio (hereinafter, the "Township"), to construct a 48' x 80' pole building addition to the existing Medina Township Service Department building located at 3718 Weymouth Road, Medina, Ohio 44256. The Architect's Base Bid Estimate for the construction of the 48' x 80' Pole Building is: $260,500.00 The Architect's Estimates for four (4) additional work projects at the site are: 1. Insulation Walls: $3,500,00 2. Interior Metal on Walls: $10,000.00 3. Concrete Apron at West End: $24,000.00 4. Garage Door Openers: $2,000.00 Should a question arise at any time during the examination of Bid Documents or investigation of the site, the Bidder may seek clarification by submitting a Pre-Bid Question. All Pre-Bid Questions should be submitted by email, with "Medina Township 2023 Pole Building Project" in the subject field, to:dmiller@medinatownship.com. The Township will provide a response to all questions submitted before a deadline of 3:00 PM (EST) on August 22. 2023. Responses to Pre-Bid Questions will be sent out as an addendum by email or facsimile to each person attending the Pre Bid meeting. The Township is not obligated to respond to, or otherwise act upon, a Pre-Bid Question submitted after the deadline, but reserves the right to act upon any information received.
